Hi, I am Joanndi! I was born in Kansas, but I’ve called the beautiful Pacific Northwest home since 2012—and I truly love everything about living here.

I’m married, my husband's name is Lance, and we share our home with our three awesome cats: Zoey, Ali’i, and Kona. We both love Hawaii, which is where Ali’i and Kona got their names, and it’s a place that holds a special spot in our hearts.

My day job is real estate and I genuinely enjoy helping people find the right place to call home. Outside of work, I love getting creative with crafts, especially jewelry making. I also enjoy gardening, hiking, and camping—anything that lets me spend time outdoors and appreciate the abundant nature we have here. When I’m ready to relax, you’ll often find me playing video games.

 

I’ve always been drawn to creativity, especially because my brain works a little differently than what people might consider “normal.” As someone who is neurodivergent, I experience hyperfocus—those moments where I can get completely immersed in something I love and the rest of the world just fades away. Jewelry making is one of those passions for me. It gives me a way to decompress while still feeling productive and grounded. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about taking pieces that might have once been broken or overlooked and turning them into something beautiful and meaningful. It’s more than just a hobby—it’s a way for me to center myself, express creativity, and find joy in the process.
