How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order by selecting the item you want in the SHOP section and add it to cart. Go to your cart by clicking on the bag icon in the top right corner to be guided to check out.

Payment and Shipping

All payments and shipping to US and Canada is done through the website. If you want an item and you don't live in US or Canada please message me and I will figure out shipping costs and let you know what it will cost.

Returns & Refunds

If you want to return and item, or an item arrives broken please email me at Joanndidesigns@gmail.com to arrange refund and return process. I will need photos if a glass pendant breaks in shipping and will either refund or let you pick out another item as each one is custom and I likely wont have another glass pendant exactly like it. I cannot refund if glass is broken during use, it is real glass and is fragile. I do warranty the chains, and hardware for a year and will repair/replace as needed.

I will never sell your info to anyone at anytime. My website is set up through Wix and they may have their own privacy policies.
